PRESIDENT'S MESSAGE

Dear WHS families,

We wish you all a happy & healthy holiday season and hope you are able to rest, reflect, and rejoice in dealing with the ups and downs of the effects the pandemic has had on WPS, the creativity of our students in safely engaging in clubs, sports, and social activities, and the excitement of college acceptances.

The PTO has come up with creative ways to continue to fundraise for the amazing enhancements the PTO has provided to our students and staff in a COVID friendly manner.  There are a few wonderful opportunities still available as you finish your holiday shopping by using Amazon smile, Stop and shop, Flipgive, and Minted.   All links are provided on the www.westonpspto.org website.

We look forward to getting back to the business of working to support  you, your students, and the staff at WHS in the new year.

Janet Hoffman

WHS PTO president

GENDER EQUALITY CLUB

Weston High School's Gender Equality Club is holding a period care drive for Malta House in Norwalk!

Malta House provides a nurturing home environment, support services and independent living skills to pregnant and parenting mothers.

WHS’s Gender Equality Club wants to bring awareness about the disparities that homeless women face. Tampons and pads are one of the least donated items for homeless women in the United States, despite being the most highly requested items. While we encourage donating period care products, we understand if you’d would like to support Malta House in another way.  We suggest checking out their donation wishlist.

Sign up below for the Gender Equality Club to pick up your period care donations.

If you have any questions, please feel free to reach out!
