PTO & SCHOOL NEWS

PRESIDENT'S MESSAGE

Hello WIS Families!

Are you excited for spring break!! Whether you are going on an international or domestic vacation, or just taking a quick drive to Compo Beach, I hope you and your family enjoy the time off from the regular grind.

When the kids return to school we have JOHN PATRICK GREEN, author of Investigators, visiting WIS on April 21st. If you need activities to keep the kids busy on the plane or in the car….or at home, take the time to review the fun games he has on his website that you can print and take with you on your spring break adventures.

Be sure to visit the WIS Spirit store to get your WESTON picnic blanket ready for the outdoor movies hosted by the WIS and Hurlbutt PTO Memorial Day Fair Committee on 4/29. Tickets are already on sale! Buy your tickets here.

Anyone else counting down the days to the Memorial Day Fair!!! And Field Day!!! So many great things coming up in April and May.

Enjoy your spring break!!

Debbie Carrothers

STAFF APPRECIATION WEEK

Dear WIS Families,

Teacher and Staff Appreciation Week is from May 2nd through May 6th. It is time to say thank you to our dedicated and hard-working staff and show our gratitude they put forth for our children's education. The WIS PTO hosts an annual week-long of celebrations to provide this small gesture for our staff. As the WIS PTO Staff Appreciation Chair, I am collecting monetary donations to help support this exceptional event for our staff. Please keep in mind this is voluntary, but any donation is greatly appreciated.
