A Letter from the President's Desk

Dear WHS PTO Members,

First let me say, GO TROJANS!  WHS spirit is stronger than ever and the PTO is proud to share the news of our football team’s victory on Saturday against Killingly, for which they claimed the title of State Champions!  2019 will be a year to remember!  if this news inspires you to be part of the PTO Spirit Committee, send me an email and I will connect you with the team.

As we wind down the calendar year and approach the December school break, I would like to take this opportunity to wish each and every one of you and your family a season of joy, peace and love.

Warmly,

Anne Troxell

PTO President

The WHS PTO newsletter is distributed biweekly on Mondays (except holidays & vacations). Please send your WHS-related submissions by the preceding end of day Thursday to Amy Jansen, the Communications Chair, at whsptocommunications@westonpspto.org. The Fall 2019 schedule for newsletter publications is 9/23, 10/7, 10/21, 11/4, 11/18, 12/2, and 12/16 (subject to change). Any submissions received after that time may be delayed until the next newsletter.

Please send questions or submissions to whsptocommunications@westonpspto.org. Note that the December Around Town issue will go out on Friday, December 6 in order to accommodate holiday events.

Parking & Security at WHS:

When visiting WHS please remember to bring your driver's license for identification. Security will scan your license and issue you a visitor badge. The badge must be worn at all times while in the building and returned to security when you leave.

Visitor parking is on the street opposite the Main Entrance and on the access road between WIS and WHS (stadium field side only). Please refrain from parking in any parking lot or numbered space. These spaces are reserved and have been assigned to students and staff members. An empty space in a parking lot does not mean it’s an available space.

We thank you in advance for your cooperation.
